Ducati Diavel 1260: Big Launch Today! What We Know So Far - Features, Expected Price and Specs

Italian luxury motorcycle brand Ducati is all set to launch its next big offering and much-awaited Diavel 1260 in India on Friday. The Indian launch of the much-anticipated machine is taking place in New Delhi at a high-profile event in the Embassy of Italy in the national capital. The Italian motorcycle brand is all geared up ahead of Diavel 1260 launch. "It’s time to unleash the beast within you. Come join us for the exclusive launch of the most sophisticated; maxi-naked power cruiser Ducati Diavel 1260! #SoGoodToBeBad," Ducati India said in the invited rolled out for the launch event.

Here is what we know so far in terms of features, expected price and specs:-

- EXPECTED PRICE: Rs 15 lakhs to Rs 18 lakhs

- POWER: 159 hp (117 kW)

- TORQUE: 95 lb-ft (13.1 kgm, 129 Nm)

- SEAT HEIGHT: 780 mm (30.7 in)

- SAFETY: Cornering ABS Evo, DTC Evo

Earlier, in the month of March, Diavel 1260 had won one of the most prestigious international awards for design, the “Red Dot Award: Best of the Best” in the Product Design category. After evaluating over 5,500 products, a highly qualified jury made up of 40 international famous experts has assigned the new Diavel 1260 with the prestigious title “Red Dot Award 2019: Best of the Best”.
 
Each year since 1955, the “Red Dot Design Award” has been assigned to the most original and worthy entries in terms of design and innovation.
