State-owned Air India has signed a bridge facility with First Gulf Bank for the purchase of two Boeing 787-8 aircraft for $212 million.
The purchase loan will be for a period of 15-months, the company’s spokesman said.
Air India’s spokesman said that the company used $112 million for taking delivery of its 22nd Boeing 787 and $100 million for its 23rd Boeing 787 aircraft.
