BSNL Subscriber? Alert! Tariff hike coming; Save money, just use these BSNL recharge plans

BSNL Recharge: Following Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and other telecom operator companies, the state-run telecom operator company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL has also stated that it will be increasing its tariffs soon. However, it didn't give any deadline or date from which it would increase the BSNL recharge plans prices. This means a BSNL customer can still continue to recharge his or her prepaid SIM with the existing recharge plans.

Vodafone Idea was the first telecom operator company that increased tariffs by 40 per cent. The rest of the Indian telecom sector followed by announcing big a tariff hikes. Immediately after the Vodafone Idea move, Bharti Airtel joined the tariff hike wave that later on forced Reliance Jio to join the party. All these companies said that they have no option but to increase tariffs their existing recharge plans on prepaid SIM cards.

Since BSNL has not announced the date from which it would be increasing tariffs and making the BSNL recharge plan dearer, its customers can still recharge their prepaid card with the existing recharge plans and save money.

Here are the BSNL recharge plans that a BSNL customer can choose:

Rs 437 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings 1GB per day data benefit and the plan validity is for 90 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day.

Rs 666 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings 2.5GB per day data benefit and the plan validity is for 122 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day, except to Mumbai and Delhi.

Rs 997 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings 3GB per day data benefit and the plan validity is for 180 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day.

Rs 999 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings zero data benefits and the plan validity is for 220 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day. This plan works for users who are interested in calling benefits.

Rs 1699 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings 2GB per day data benefit and the plan validity is for 365 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day.

Rs 1999 Prepaid Plan
The plan brings 3GB per day data benefit and the plan validity is for 365 days. Subscribers will get 100 SMS free per day and 250 calling minutes per day.
