The shares of SpiceJet jumped over 1% after the buzz that budget airline may order at least 92 Boeing Co 737 jetliners.
At 1001 the shares of the company were trading at Rs 64.05 per piece, up 1.50%, or Rs 0.90 on BSE.
As per a Bloomberg report, the order is likely to be worth around $10.1 billion and the deal may close within a week.
If the deal goes through, this would more-than double SpiceJet's 40-plane fleet.
A mail sent to SpiceJet remained unanswered.
