Promotions to be given
The physiotherapist Grade II employee will be promoted in Grade I. This will have an increment of about Rs 9,500 a month on the basic salary. They will get level 6 to level 7 increments and Direct Recruitment (DR) routes will also remain open for this post.
Physiotherapist Grade I
The employee working in this post will be promoted from level 7 to level 8. The post name will be also be changed from Physiotherapist Grade I to Assistant Physiotherapist Officer.

Deputation to this post
Zee Business has a copy of Railway Board, and according to that 66% posts of Assistant Divisional Physiotherapist Officer will be filled through promotions. People will be placed at deputation if required and around 33% of the deployment will be from deputation or DR.
