As per the media reports, the second merit list for the Andhra Pradesh (AP) Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019 will be released by reducing the cut-off marks or a fresh notification will be issued to fill the remaining vacancies for the posts under the recruitment. So far, there is no such confirmation from the authorities.
However confirming the situation Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, Principal Secretary Panchayat Raj, Andhra Pradesh has tweeted, ‘’VS/WS Recruitments in AP - Still the DECISION regarding publishing second list by reducing the cut-off marks OR issuing fresh notification FOR filling vacancies have not been taken. As and when decision is taken, it will be intimated to all concerned."

Exam details:
In the month of September, the written examination was conducted for recruitment. The results for the same were released on September 19, 2019. Of the total 19,50,630 candidates that have appeared for the examination, only 1,98,164 candidates have managed to score the required cut-off marks and qualify for the recruitment.
