Badla box office collection: Expectations were very high for Sujoy Ghosh's latest directorial venture, Badla, starring Bollywood mega star Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu - the team that delievered a hit in Pink. The remake of the Spanish suspense thriller, The Invisible Guest, has not disappointed the fans as is clear from large crowds in theatres and soaring box office collections. Badla, which had an opening day collection of over Rs 5 crore, now has earned Rs 30.80 crore after Day 6, while its India box office gross stands at Rs 36.36 crore. Badla collection (gross) overseas stands at Rs 11.96 crore, while its worldwide gross collections are Rs 48.32 crore.

Released on Women's Day (March 8), Badla is fast entering Rs 50 crore club as movie lovers are reportedly congregating in good numbers at cinema houses.

In another tweet, Taran Adarsh had earlier stated about Taapsee Pannu's new project with Anurag Kashyap after ManmarZiyaan. He tweeted, "IT’S OFFICIAL... Taapsee Pannu and director Anurag Kashyap reunite [after #Manmarziyaan] for a supernatural thriller... Not titled yet... Produced by Sunir Kheterpal [who just produced #Badla]... Will be filmed in a start-to-finish schedule in Nov-Dec 2019... Summer 2020 release."
