Eligibility criteria 
 
For Sales Executive (Freshers), candidates should have minimum age of 21 years and the maximum age is 25 years.
The minimum age for Sales Executive (Undergraduate) is 21 years, and the maximum age is 30 years.
The minimum age for Sales Executive (Graduate) is 21 years, and the maximum age is 35 years.
The minimum age for Area Sales Manager/Team Leader is 30 years, and the maximum age is 40 years.
 
Educational qualification
 
Interested candidates must have completed their graduation/post-graduation degree from a recognized University for all Sales Executive posts.
 
For Area Sales Manager, minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Companies/ Broking etc is required.
 
For Team Leader, minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial Products, out of which minimum 2-year experience as Team Lead, is required.
 
For Sales Executive (Graduates), one-year of work experience in sales of retail financial products is needed.
 
For Sales Executives (Undergraduates), minimum 2 years of work experience in sales of retail financial products is required.
 
For Sales Executive (Freshers), interested candidates need to have a knack for sales job.
