Budget 2019 Income tax rebate for affordable housing: You can buy a home now? Realty experts elated
Income tax rebate in the Budget 2019 by Narendra Modi government as announced by FM Piyush Goyal would allow a common man to go for their dream home
On account of income tax rebate up to Rs 5 lakh and an additional Rs 1.5 lakh tax exemption due to the standard deduction already continuing from earlier, the real estate developers have welcomed Piyush Goyal's budgetary proposals as the move would allow homebuyers after this spike in pocket size of the public in general.
Speaking on the matter Pankaj Jain, Managing Director at Realistic Realtors told, "Income Tax rebate up to 5 lakh per annum is a clear indicator of bringing more people under taxpayers category happily and comfortably. Money circulation through bank and economy will have major positive impact due to this tax rebate."
