Chandrayaan 2: Priyanka Chopra boost for women behind Indian moon mission
Chandrayaan-2 will make India the fourth country after Russia, US and China to make a soft Moon landing.
Chandrayaan 2 has been a massive success with all systems go for the Indian moon mission. Clearly overcome by emotion at this massive achievement, Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra applauded and congratulated the women scientists behind Mission moon. She hailed the two women in charge of the Chandrayaan-2 launch, Muthayya Vanitha and Ritu Karidhal and thanked them for setting a great example

Apart from Priyanka Chopra, several other celebrities took to their social media accounts to cheer on ISRO's achievement. From Shah Rukh Khan to Akshay Kumar, celebrities from the celluloid world have all announced that they are proud of ISRO's achievement.
Chandrayaan-2 took off from Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh on July 22 making India the fourth country after the Russia, US and China to make a soft landing on Moon. Spacecarft Chandrayaan-2 will explore the regions of Moon where no mission has set foot on.
