DRDO Recruitment 2019: Apply online for 290 posts, check details here

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has invited online applications from graduate engineers and postgraduates in Science. The Recruitment and Assessment Centres (RAC) of DRDO has asked for the online applications for as many as 290 posts at DRDO. The online application process has started. at drdo.gov.in

The students who can also participate are the ones who appeared in the in final year examination through RAC website (rac.gov.in) for recruitment to the posts of Scientist 'B', Scientist 'B' in Department of Science and Technology (DST), Scientist/Engineer 'B' in Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), and Executive Engineer in Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre(GAETEC).

DRDO Recruitment 2019: Educational qualification required

Electronics and Communication Engineering: 

1. At least First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Applicants must also fulfill ONE of the following additional requirements:

2. Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 80 percent aggregate marks in EQ degree if done from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT). However, this option is not applicable for GAETEC posts.

Mechanical Engineering: 

1. At least First Class (condition of First Class does not apply to DST posts) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Applicants must also fulfill ONE of the following additional requirements: 

2. Valid GATE score in Mechanical 80 percent aggregate marks in EQ degree if done from an IIT or NIT. However, this option is not applicable for GAETEC posts.
