IBPS PO 2019 Notification: IBPS or Institute of Personnel Selection is soon going to issue notification for the post of Bank PO and Management Trainee. As per our sources, the IBPS may issue notification for the post of PO in the next week i.e. by August 9th. However, it should be noted that every year IBPS issues notification for the post of PO and MT on August 9. For recruitment of PO and MT, preliminary and mains exams will be conducted and as per the various reports, it can be conducted on 12,13, 19 and 20 October 2019. The probable prelims dates sound good as in the year 2018 too, the preliminary exams for the bank PO post were conducted in October and November.
IBPS PO 2019 Eligibility criteria: An applicant who wishes to apply for the post of Bank PO has to be at least a graduate from a recognised university. The minimum age limit for the IBPS PO/MT job applicant is 20 years while the maximum age limit is 30 years. An SC/ST candidate has age relaxation of 5 years in maximum age limit while for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) applicants the maximum age relaxation is 3 years. Means an SC/ST applicant up to the age of 35 can apply while the maximum age limit for an OBC candidate is 33 years. However, for physically handicapped or Divyang candidate has an upper age relaxation of 10 years means the maximum age limit for a Divyang candidate is 40 years.

Selection process: Eligible candidates will be selected through a three-tier exam process — preliminary, mains and interview. After the interview, the provisional allotment process will begin. For more details, one can visit the official website of IBPS (ibps.com).
IBPS PO exam pattern: IBPS Po prelims exam consists of 100 marks divided in three sections — English, quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability. In English 30 questions of one marks each is asked while in quantitative aptitude and reasoning 35 questions of one marks each is asked respectively. An applicant has to answer these questions in an hour.
