ILBS Professor, Senior Resident and other vacancy details include: Professor: 04 Posts; Additional Professor: 06 Posts; Associate Professor: 08 Posts; Assistant Professor: 07 Posts; Consultant: 02 Posts; Senior Resident: 37 Posts; Junior Resident: 09 Posts; Casualty Medical Officer: 03 Posts; Resident Medical Officer: 06 Posts; one post each for Head Nursing Care Services, Manager (Nursing), Reader (Nursing), Assistant Manager Nurse, Physiotherapist, Junior Technical Executive (Dialysis); and 3 posts each for Nurse and Junior Nurse. 

Eligibility Criteria for Professor, Senior Resident, and other jobs

1. Professor: Interested candidates should hold degree of DM/ M.Ch/MS and 4-11 yrs experience
2. Additional Professor: Interested candidates should hold degree of MD/DNB/ MS/ M.Ch and 4 yrs experience
3. Associate Professor: Interested candidates should hold degree of MD/ MS DNB/ M.Ch and 3 yrs experience
4. Assistant Professor: Interested candidates should hold degree of MD/ MS /DNB
5. Consultant: Candidates should hold degree of MD/ DM/ DNB
6. Senior Resident: Candidates should hold degree of MD/ MS
7. Junior Resident: Interested candidates should hold degree of MBBS and 1 yrs experience
8. Casualty Medical Officer: Interested candidates should hold degree of MBBS and 1 yrs experience
9. Resident Medical Officer: Interested candidates should hold degree of Medical qualification and 2 yrs experience
10. Head Nursing Care Services: Candidates should hold degree of M. Sc Nursing/B. Sc Nursing and minimum 15/20 years experience
11. Manager (Nursing): Candidates should hold degree of BSc Nursing and minimum 12 years experience
12. Reader (Nursing): Candidates should hold degree of Master Degree in Nursing and 10 years experience
13. Assistant Manager Nurse: Candidates should hold degree of BSc in Nursing and minimum 7 years experience Or M.Sc. in Nursing (Hepatology/ Liver Critical care/ liver transplantation) and 5 years experience
14. Physiotherapist: Candidates should hold Bachelor/Master Degree in physiotherapy and 7/5 years of experience
15. Nurse: Candidates should hold degree of BSc in Nursing and min 5 years experience Or M.Sc. in Nursing (Hepatology/ Liver Critical care/ liver transplantation) and 3 years experience
16. Junior Nurse: Candidates should hold degree of BSc in Nursing and minimum 3 years experience or M.Sc. in Nursing (Hepatology)
17. Junior Technical Executive (Dialysis): Candidates should hold degree of 12th with 2 years diploma in dialysis and min 2 yrs experience /BSc in Medical Technology

Notably, the Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) has been established by the government of Delhi as an autonomous institute, under the Societies act. The mission of ILBS is to become a dedicated international centre of excellence for the diagnosis, management and advanced training and research in the field of liver and biliary diseases. The first phase of ILBS is already functional having 180 hospital beds, 74 of which cater as intensive care (ICU) beds.
