Infosys, ICICI Bank among ten stocks that will hog limelight in trade today

Investors may remain on sideways ahead of US Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting that kicks off later today.
Trading was volatile as MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan seesawed between positive and negative territory. It was last up 0.1 percent, while Japan's Nikkei .N225 pared early gains to be up 0.6 percent.
South Korean shares rose 0.2 percent while Chinese shares .SSEC pushed up slightly. Australian shares were a tad firmer.
The lead from Wall Street was mixed too, with the Dow .DJI barely changed, the S&P 500 up 0.1 percent and the Nasdaq adding 0.2 percent.

Fortis Healthcare share price: Fortis Healthcare said its board has again deferred approval of quarterly and annual financial results for the period ended March 31, 2018, saying more time is needed to consider the aspects of outcome of an internal investigation on alleged financial irregularities.
Strides Shasun share price: Drug firm Strides Shasun said its subsidiary Strides Pharma Global Pte has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for generic Oseltamivir Phosphate capsules. The company has received approval from the US health regulator for the capsules in the strengths of 30 mg (base), 45 mg (base) and 75 mg (base), Strides Shasun said in a BSE filing.
DCM Shriram share price: DCM Shriram informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2018, to consider the proposal to Buy-Back the fully paid up equity shares of the Company and the matters related
thereto.
Welspun Corp share price: Welspun Corp has won a contract to supply API pipes of 33 km to the American market. “The Company has been awarded contracts to supply 72 KMT of API pipes into the American market. With these additions, our (Welspun’s) current order book stands at 1,610 KMTs valued at Rs11,000cr,” Welspun Corp said in a filing to the exchanges post market hours on Friday.
HCL Infosystems share price: IT firm HCL Infosystems said its subsidiary HCL Services has filed an insolvency petition against Universal Commodity Exchange (UCX) for recovery of Rs 17 lakhs. "HCL Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company (ie HCL Infosystems Ltd) had filed an Insolvency petition as an Operational Creditor under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) against Universal Commodity Exchange (UCX) for recovery of Rs 17 lakhs," HCL Infosystems said in a statement.
ICICI Bank share price: ICICI Bank said it has not received any "specific communication" from the US markets regulator SEC with regard to alleged lapses involving the lender's chief Chanda Kochhar and her family members. The bank's response was sought by stock exchanges regarding a report that matter of alleged lapses involving Kochhar has come under the scanner of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Infosys share price: IT major Infosys today said its proposal for voluntary delisting of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from Euronext's Paris and London exchanges has been approved by the Board of Directors of the two bourses. In March this year, Infosys had announced its intention to delist the ADSs on account of the "low average daily trading volume of Infosys ADS on these exchanges, which is not commensurate with the related administrative requirements".

KDDL share price: KDDL board has approved raising Rs 30 crore by issuing equity shares via preferential allotment. The company also said it would raise FPI/FII limit to 49 per cent.
Ashok Leyland share price: Ashok Leyland has received an approval from its board to merge its light commercial vehicle (LCV) subsidiaries, which were acquired from its erstwhile partner Nissan, with itself. The company has announced acquisition of the joint venture companies from Nissan on November 25, 2016.
Hotel Leelaventure share price, JM Financial share price: Hotel Leelaventure said its board will meet on June 11 to approve a share issue of up to 125 crore shares on preferential basis to JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company for converting of part of debt into equity. The hospitality chain currently has a debt of Rs 3,662 crore.
