IRCTC is hiring! Direct interview for supervisor and consultant posts - here's how to apply

There is a great opportunity for you to work in Indian Railways catering, tourism and e-ticket booking branch IRCTC. IRCTC is hiring for supervisor and consultant post. The eligible and interested candidates can download the application from IRCTC’s website irctc.co.in. Name of the Post: Supervisor and Consultant

Total No. of posts: 129

Age: There are 120 posts of supervisor and 9 posts of consultant. The maximum age of supervisor is 30 years and 62 years for the consultant post. According to the rules, the age limit will be relaxed.

Education: Must be a BSc Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management for the post of supervisor. Apart from this, there should be at least 2 years of experience. For the post of consultant, it is necessary to have an experience in the zonal divisional railway.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on merit and interview basis.

Date of interview: 25 June 2019, 27 June 2019 and 29 June 2019

Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be given a pay package of Rs. 25000 per month. Apart from this, other allowances will also be given.

Posting: The selected candidates will be deployed initially in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, although they can later be transferred anywhere in India.

The interested candidates can download applications from the IRCTC website. The people who have worked with IRCTC earlier will be given age relaxation. The knowledge of good English and Hindi is necessary for the application to be spoken. Besides, if there is information about Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam, then it will be given preference.
