Job 7th Pay Commission salary: IIT Indore is hiring! Earn over Rs 1 lakh per month

7th Pay Commission latest news today: Almost everybody wants government jobs and now, these have become even more alluring after Centre cleared the implementation of the 7th CPC report recommendations. The big reasons are fat pay package as well as many allowances. Now, new jobs have been notified by IIT Indore and the salaries will be paid according to the 7th pay commission report. Indian Institute of Technology, Indore has invited applications for the post of Assistant Professor. Interested candidates can apply for the post through the online format on or before 27 September 2019.

Indian Institute of Technology, Indore has notified a total of 38 vacancies for Reserved Category candidates. 

Payscale:
Assistant Professor (Grade I) : To be appointed in the minimum Basic Pay of Rs 1,01,500/- in the Pay Level 12 as per 7th CPC. The total emoluments in the minimum Basic Pay will be Rs 1,37,984/- p.m. On completion of three years of service, an Assistant Professor (Grade I) shall be eligible to move into the Pay Level 13A1 (minimum Basic Pay Rs 1,31,400/- p.m.) and the total emoluments in the minimum
Basic Pay will be Rs 1,76,256/- p.m. including HRA and other admissible allowances.
 
Assistant Professor (Grade II): To be appointed in the minimum Basic Pay of Rs 70,900/- in the Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC. The total emoluments in the minimum Basic Pay will be Rs 98,816/- p.m. On completion of one year of service, an Assistant Professor (Grade II) shall be eligible to move in to the Pay Level 11 (minimum Basic Pay Rs 75,300/- p.m.) and the total emoluments in the minimum Basic Pay will be Rs 1,04,448/- p.m. including HRA and other admissible allowances.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the post are required to have a PhD degree with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch/relevant areas of specializations and with a very good academic and research record. Candidates must have minimum 03 years of experience in Research/Teaching/Industry.

Age limit: 
Candidates applying for the position should be below 35 years of age for Assistant Professor (Grade I as well as Grade II). Also, Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the Government of India rules i.e. for Other Backward Classes (OBC) 3 years, for SC & ST is 5 years. Apart from this for PWD candidate age relaxation will be as per GOI norms.
