Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2019: Naval Dockyard, Mumbai has sought online applications for as many as 1233 Designated and Non-Designated Apprentice posts at its official website- http://www.bhartiseva.com/ within the 21 days publication of the advertisement i.e, September 21, 2019. According to the notification, candidates with ITI certificates can avail this opportunity to apply and become the part of the Naval Dockyard Mumbai. Notably, out of total 1233 Posts, 300 Apprentice Posts have been declared for Non-designated Trades (OT-03), while 933 vacant position have been declared in Designated Trades (IT-23).
According to Naval Dockyard Mumbai Recruitment 2019 notification, candidates with ITI certificate with various trades including Radar Fitter, Sonar Fitter, Civil Works / Mason, Electronic Fitter, Computer, Computer etc can apply for Naval Dockyard Mumbai. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written examination, followed by Interview / Skill Test scheduled in January 2020.

Educational qualification
Interested candidates should be 10th passed with a minimum of 50% marks along with an ITI examination passed (Provisional National Trade Certificate acceptable) in relevant trade with aggregate of 65% marks.
They should have passed relevant ITI / trade test from any institute recognized by NCVT and possess the qualification as on the closing date of application.
Those candidates who are to be enrolled for Rigger and Crane Operator (Overhead Steel Industry) as ‘Fresher’ shall be Std 8th pass only, without ITI.

Age Limit: Candidates should be born between April 1, 1999 and March 31, 2006. They can avail relaxation in Upper Age Limit as per the government norms.
