OPSC Recruitment 2019 notification: Post Graduate Teachers jobs available; check details here

OPSC Recruitment 2019: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is hiring for 128 vacant positions for Post Graduate Teachers under Science Streams in Group B of state service. Interested candidates can apply for the given post through online mode at the official website, opsconline.gov.in. The application process for the same will begin on August 28, 2019 and the last date to submit online application is on September 21, 2019. The last date to pay the fee amount is on September 25, 2019.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants apply for the Post Graduate Teachers under Science Streams in Group B of state service must possess Master's degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or 2 integrated postgraduate MSc course from Regional College of Education NCERT in concerned subject with at least 50% marks.

Candidate must have BEd or equivalent degree recognized by the National Council for Teachers Education New Delhi as equivalent with BEd from a recognized university.

They must possess a diploma or degree in Computer Application.

Vacancy details:
Odisha Public Service Commission has notified a total of 128 vacancies out of which 26 posts are for Physics subject, 26 for Chemistry, 26 for Biology, 24 for Computer Science and 26 for Mathematics subject.

Age limit:
The age limit set for the candidates is minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on January 1, 2019

Application fees:
Candidates applying for the post will have to pay a fee amount of Rs 500 and exempted for candidates belonging to SC/ST of PwD whose disability id not less than 40 per cent.
