PACL Refund Online Claim Application Submission: A huge number of PACL investors are filing refund claim applications online to get their money back. The last date for receipt of claim applications is April 30, 2019. One of the most important parts of claim application submission is uploading of important documents required by SEBI for further processing of refunds. Now, one of the most important documents here is PAN card. 

According to SEBI, if you do not have a PAN card, you would need to first obtain one and then submit the application.

After PAN card, PACL investors will be able to submit their PACL Refund Online Claim Submission Form.

PACL had illegally collected around Rs 60,000 crore from the public, mainly in the name of agriculture and real estate businesses.

Justice (Retired) R M Lodha committee was set up by markets regulator Sebi following a Supreme Court order for selling the properties of PACL and using the sale proceeds to refund the investors.

Earlier, the panel initiated the process of receipt of claim applications from PACL investors whose total outstanding amount was up to Rs 2,500. This process has been completed.

Moreover, Sebi cautioned investors against parting with their original PACL registration certificates without specific intimation received from the committee.
