SC CHSL 2019-20: Today is the last date to apply for Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSL) 2019. The SSC CHSL 2019 exam is being conducted to fill a total of 4893 vacancies in Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) in different Government of India (GoI) ministries/department/offices and their attached and subordinate offices. The SSC through an addendum issued on 07 January 2020 at its official website ssc.nic.in announced the number of vacancies to be for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination-2019.
The updated vacancy position will be uploaded on the website of the commission from time to time.
SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam which is a computer-based test will be conducted from March 16 to 27, 2020, at various centers across the country. Only those candidates who qualify for the tier-1 exam will appear for the tier-2 exam which is scheduled to be held on June 28, 2020.
To apply for the SSC CHSL 2019 you have to visit the official website ssc.nic.in. Click 'New User Register Now' on the login tab placed on the right-hand side of the home page. Requisite information can be filled in the fill-up Form which is divided into three stages - basic details, additional contact info and photo, and signature upload. If you are a returning user, simply login from the page and move ahead
Once your registration id is created, click on the apply online tab, appearing at the top of the home page.
Then click on the CHSL tab. After filling in all required information make payments and proceed.
Regular updates on the exam and admit card can be obtained by providing your mobile number and email id. Don't forget to take a print out of the application form for future references.
