Stree Box Office Collection vs Manmarjian vs Mitron: New entrant in Rs 100-crore club! How others have fared
Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor and Pankaj Tripathi starrrer Stree movie has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in just 16 days. The movie has so far earned Rs 101.43 crore.
The movie had earned Rs 6.82 crore on the opening day and grossed Rs 31.26 crore at the end of the opening weekend. In the movie, a village is held in the grip of terror by tales of a mysterious woman or spirit who abducts men leaving behind their clothes.
Only nine movies have so far made into the Rs 100 crore club in 2018. These are Padmaavat, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Raid, Baaghi 2, Raazi, Race 3, Sanju, Gold and Stree.

However, the newly released movies like Manmarziyaan and Mitron have so far done only moderate business.
Mitron had earned Rs 50 lakh on the first day and has taken its earning to Rs 1.25 crore so far. The film draws a contrast between love marriage and arranged marriage and the pitfalls of being afraid along with the benefits of being fearless.
On the other hand, Manmarziyaan earned Rs 3.52 on the opening day and has collected Rs 8.63 crore so far.
