Shares of Aviation Sector: Aviation sector will be in focus as the government on Wednesday cut excise duty on jet fuel or ATF to 11 per cent from the current 14 per cent. The decision was taken in a bid to give relief to the aviation industry, which has been hit hard by high fuel prices. The duty change will come into force from October 11.
Ashapura Intimates Fashion Limited: The shares of Mumbai-based innerwear Ashapura Intimates will be in focus as its Chairman and Managing Director Harshad Thakkar has gone missing. Thakkar's family has registered a missing person complaint with the Mumbai Police.
ITI Limited: The company has received a purchase order for executing the RajNet project from RajCOMP Info Services Ltd, a Rajasthan Government Undertaking, for establishing approximately 40,000 outdoor Wi-Fi access points in Rajasthan with an order value of approximately Rs 334 crore on rate contract basis.
Cochin Shipyard: The company has rescheduled its board meeting to October 16, 2018. The board will be meeting to consider the proposal to buy back of the fully paid-up equity shares.

JK Paper: Kotak Mahindra Asset Managment Company (AMC) has sold 12.15 lakh shares or 0.68 per cent equity of the company at Rs 161.85 per share.
