UP Police Recruitment 2019: Uttar Pradesh Police Board has released the examination date for the recruitment of 49,568 Constable posts on uppbpb.gov.in. UP Police Board had released the notification for the same in October 2018. The written examination would be conducted on January 27 and January 28, 2019, according to the official notification. According to the notification, the complete date and the schedule of the examination would be released on the website very soon for the candidates who have applied for the posts.

UP Police Constable Exam 2018 has been rescheduled last month, where as many as 49,568 candidates would be recruited.

Eligible candidates were required to fill the online application forms on uppbpb.gov.in. Interested candidates had to pay a fee of Rs 400. The last date to pay online fees was December 8.

Candidates who have generated a fee challan on or before that date would be able to pay the fee by December 10, 2018.

Applicants should be Indian nationals who have cleared their Class 12 examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply.

Age limit for the applicants is 18 to 22 years calculated as on July 1, 2018. Interested candidates who have an NCC Cadet 'B' certificate/ 2 years of experience under the Territorial Army and DOEACC certificate/ NIELIT 'O' certificate will get preference.
