The many pockets to visit in Kashmir are Dal Lake, Mughal gardens as well as prominent hill stations like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Yusmarg and Pahalgham.
The extended arm of the Indian Railways, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has modelled the perfect package for individuals looking forward to visit the exquisite land of Kashmir. IRCTC is providing the customers with a package which comes with an itinerary for six nights and seven days. The key stops under this package are Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgham.
The Kashmir tour will commence from Hyderabad with a commercial airline as the mode for transportation. The tour is scheduled for July 25 2019. The charges for that IRCTC will levy on the customer for this tour will include air tickets (Hyderabad-Srinagar (Via Delhi)-Hyderabad round trip), accommodation in hotels, meals (breakfast and dinner), guide tours and travel insurance. However, the package does not include the expenses of on board meals, room services and additional expenses of a personal nature.
According to the occupancy requirement of the travelling party, the charges on the package will vary. Interested individuals can choose the package according to their needs and pay accordingly. For example, single occupancy will cost Rs 27,780 while occupancy with a child bed will cost Rs 19,255.

IRCTC also states that there is a need to cancel the package the consumer will be charged accordingly. The customer will be charged Rs 100 for cancellation up to 15 days. Charges will be 25% to 50% for cancellations between 7-14 days. A 100% deduction will be levied if the cancellation id done the last moment.
IRCTC also requests the passengers to carry their identification documents during the course of the tour.
