World's best airports' list has Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on 8th position
AirHelp list declared Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad – India as the world's eighth best airport. This airport was opened in the year 2008. This airport is considered as the sixth busiest airport in the country.
Global air passengers rights expert Airhelp came out with the world's best airports' list which includes an Indian airport too. During the survey, AirHelp asked thousands of people from around the world to tell them the experience about the customer service, queues and cleanliness at their local airports, which help them to determine service quality. For food and shops score, extensive surveys were conducted and thousands of people were asked to rate airports' eating and shopping options.
The Hamad International Airport in Doha, leaded Airhelp's list of world's best airports followed by Tokyo International Airport, Tokyo – Japan, Athens International Airport, Athens – Greece, Afonso Pena International Airport, Curitiba, Gdansk Lech Wałęsa Airport, Gdansk – Poland, Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow – Russia, Changi Airport, Singapore, Tenerife North Airport, Tenerife – Spain and Viracopos/Campinas International Airport, Sao Paulo – Brazil.
