Known for his fitness, Khanna had several tips for people to help them stay fit. Khanna was excited to see so many people attending the event early morning and was surprised too. He said that people should pay special attention to fitness and health.
Speaking at the event, he adviced people to have their dinner on time. Khanna said that eating too late can have negative impact on your health. He also urged people to not sleep immediately after eating.
Khanna said that you should ideally take a walk after eating. He said that this will help you stay time. He also asked people to walk, run and do as much cycling as possible.

Notbaly, Khanna was shooting for the latest episode of Master Chef last night and took part in Zee Business BSE Bull Run immediately after wrapping up the shoot. He also tweeted to share his excitement about Zee Business BSE Bull Run.

The fifth edition of Zee Business Bull run was organised on January 12, 2020. The run started at 6 am from Bandra Kurla Complex's PNB building. The run started from gate number 1 of the building and was attended by several big names from the industry.
