7th Pay Commission: Pay offer Rs 2 lakh! Apply for this post as notification has been issued

7th Pay Commission: This job carries a pay package that goes all the way up to Rs 2 lakh! The All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Madurai, Tamil Nadu has invited application from Indian citizens including Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and persons of Indian origin for filling up the post of Executive Director on a short-term contract basis. Maximum age limit for the eligible and interested candidate is 67 years of age and if selected, the applicant would be entitled to Level-15 pay grade. Those medical professionals, who wish to apply for the post notified can log in to mohfw.nic.in or at pmssy-mohfw.nic.in. The appointment will be on a contractual period of 5 years or 70 years of the candidate's age, whichever comes earlier. The selected candidate will be initially appointed on probation in the first one year period.

After selection of the applicant, the candidate will be entitled to Level-15 grade i.e. Rs 1,82,200 to Rs 2,24,100 in the pay matrix as recommended by the 7th Pay Commission report, which was implemented on 1 January,  2016 after the central government accepted teh proposals. Apart from this, the selected candidate will be entitled to annual increments as usual and other allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA) that is announced on a half-yearly basis.

Required qualification:

1] Post-graduate degree in medicine or surgery or public health and their branches;
2] At least 10 years of teaching and research experience;
3] 25-years of standing in the profession;
4] Extensive practical and administrative experience in the relevant field; and
5] Minim one year experience as head of institution or Head of the Department.

The last date for receipt of the application form would be 45th date from 7th September 2019.
