Moto E4 Plus with 5,000aAh battery expected to be launched soon
The Lenovo-owned company just received the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification for a Motorola device.
Motorola is expected to soon launch its latest smartphone in the E-series range E4 and the E4 Plus. The Lenovo-owned company just received the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification for a Motorola device with a model number XT1773. This device is speculated to be a larger variant of the Moto E4 and is expected to be the Moto E4 Plus.
Some of the features expected in the Moto E4 Plus includes a huge 5000 mAh non-removable battery, this will be the largest battery capacity in any Motorola smartphone currently. The FCC filing also shows that the Moto E4 Plus will have 4G LTE connectivity, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11-n support, Bluetooth Low Energy (v4.2) and NFC. In addition, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a MediaTek chipset.
Motorola is also expected to launch the Moto E4 soon. The upcoming phone will feature a 2800 mAh battery, 16GB internal storage, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2 and Dual-SIM support. Both the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus are expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Moto E4 and E4 Plus will replace the Moto E3 and Moto E3 Power, which was release in September last year. With the FCC approval these updated smartphones will be expected to be out in the market soon.
Besides these smartphones, Motorola is planning to launch updated versions of the Moto Z and X series.
