Nokia 3 to be launched by June 15; find out specifications, price, how to buy
The Nokia 3 smartphone will be the first Android-based smartphone to be launched in India and is expected to be priced under Rs 10,000.

After the launch of Nokia 3310, the company now will be launching their much awaited smartphones the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. The Android-based from HMD Global, the company holding the manufacturing, selling and promoting rights to Nokia globally, is expected to be out in India starting June 15.
While the Nokia smartphones will be placed in the affordable price range, the Nokia 3 will be the company's most affordable Android smartphone from the company and the first that will be available in the market.
The Nokia 3 is expected to priced under Rs 10,000, while the Nokia 5 is expected to cost under Rs 15,000 and the Nokia 6 priced under Rs 18,000. All the three phones are expected to be in India by the end of June.

All eyes will be on the Nokia 3 considering it is an entry-level smartphone and considering that the price range is one which has the most demand. Some of top selling smartphones like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Moto G are at the same price range.
In terms of specifications the Nokia 3 comes with mid-range MediaTek 6737 octa-core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card.
The smartphone will run on the latest Android Nougat and comes with Google Assistant as well. The Nokia 3 does not have biometric features like the Nokia 5 and 6.
It has good specifications in terms of the camera as it features an 8 megapixel front camera and rear camera. It is accompanied by auto-focus and f/2.0 aperture value.

In terms of the battery, the Nokia 3 comes with a 2650mAh Li-Ion non-removable battery. It has a 5 inch HD IPS display protected by a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass. With a smaller display and low RAM the battery capacity is enough to power the phone for an entire day.
In terms of the specifications some of the competitors in this range such as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is even superior. However, the Nokia comes with added brand value and trust for its mobile phones in India. It can be expected to see good sales in the start, but only the quality of the smartphones will push it through.
