Priced at Rs 24,000 for its base model, the Galaxy A51 comes with upgrades in design, display and RAM options while few other things remain same. The South Korean smartphone maker has used a taller 6.59-inch Super AMOLED display on the Galaxy A51 while the previous generation smartphone featured a 6.40-inch screen. For the new smartphone, Samsung has borrowed the Infinity-O display from its flagship 'S' and 'Note' series, while ditching the Infinity-U design used on the Galaxy A50s.

The Galaxy A50s feature a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary rear camera, 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and 5-megapixel depth sensor, as well as the 32-megapixel front camera.
While the Galaxy A51 continues to ship with the 32MP selfie shooter, Samsung has brought a quad camera setup to the A series for the first time, adding macro lens to the module. It has also upgraded the wide-angle lens on the device. The Galaxy A51 is equipped with 48-megapixel primary rear camera, 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, 5-megapixel depth sensor and 5-megapixel macro lens.
Samsung Galaxy A50s vs Samsung Galaxy A51: RAM options
Samsung has introduced an 8GB RAM option with the Galaxy A51. The new smartphone ships in 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM models with 128GB internal storage that can be expanded using microSD card. The Galaxy A50s also had the same onboard storage but had 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM options.
Samsung Galaxy A50s vs Samsung Galaxy A51: What's same here?
Both the smartphones are powered by the Exynos 9611 processor which was introduced last year by the company as a chipset with an improved gaming processor. As mentioned above, they also have same the internal storage. You also get the same 4000 mAh battery on both devices with support for fast charging.
