Bharat Dynamics is a wholly-owned government company headquartered in Hyderabad and under the administrative control of the MoD, GoI and was conferred the ‘Mini-Ratna (Category -1)’ status by the Department of Public Enterprises, GoI.
Bharat Dynamics share price: Broking firm Centrum Broking had pointed out in its pre-IPO note that the listing gains may be capped owing to the current market volatility. Centrum had recommended subscribe on the issue for a long-term perspective.

Bharat Dynamics IPO: The Hyderabad-headquartered company will not receive any proceeds from the offer as the funds raised will go to government's divestment kitty. The prime purpose of the issue is to achieve the benefits of listing shares on stock exchanges, the company said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).
The benchmark indices are expected to open on a flat to negative note on Tuesday after rally in Asian markets stalled as Wall Street shares lost steam, while the dollar sagged on the back of declining US yields.
