Stock Market News: On account of neutral DIIs, FIIs and F&O, the Indian stock market opened on the higher side in the Opening Bell. The BSE Sensex soared 100 points to 40,384 levels while the 50-stock Nifty added 20 points and scaled 11,904 levels.

The BSE Sensex rose 66 points and sustained above the psychological 39,000 levels after closing at 39,112 while the 50-stock Nifty slipped into the red zone by a whisker after closing at 11,691. The index Bank Nifty rises 11 points and closed at 30,362 levels.

The BSE Sensex rose 92 per cent and successfully retained 39,000 levels which it achieved in the early morning session and closed at 39,053 levels today. The Nifty index added 26 points and closed at 11,698.
The BSE Sensex regained the 39,000 levels and rose 118 points to 39,079 while the 50-stock Nifty added 38 points to 11,710 levels. The index Bank Nifty rose 77 points to 30,351.
