In an exclusive conversation with ANI, two workers who were trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel talk about their 17-day-long experience trapped in the tunnel. The workers had a sigh of relief after the anxiety-filled initial 24 hours. Vishwajeet Kumar Verma and Subodh Kumar Verma expressed their gratitude to the rescuers and the government as well.

Rescue operations at Uttarkashi tunnel collapse site entered Day 13, with trapped workers deemed safe and in good spirits. The mission is already in its final stage with merely a few metres separating rescuers and trapped workers. Former advisor to PMO informed that there will likely be no metallic obstruction for the next 5 meters.
