SBI has just introduced Repo Linked Loan Product for Home Loans. This means that every change in RBI’s policy repo rate will also be witnessed in SBI’s home loan interest rates too.
SBI has already linked its short term loans like cash credit (CC) and overdraft (OD) with policy repo rate.

India has finally witnessed a repo rate of 5.75%, which by the way, comes after 9 years. A lot has changed since 2010, when this rate was last applicable.
In last 3 monetary policies, overall 75 basis point cut has been made in repo rate.
These decisions are in consonance with the objective of achieving the medium-term target for consumer price index (CPI) inflation of 4 per cent within a band of +/- 2 per cent, while supporting growth.
