Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government tabled its fourth budget in the state assembly on February 18. CM Yogi said, “Budget 2020-21 is the biggest budget in the history of Uttar Pradesh. It has even crossed the prime budget of Rs 5,00,000 crores of the state government. We tabled the budget of more than Rs 5,12,000 crores today in the state assembly. We have dedicated this budget to our youth. We allotted a budget for Ganga Expressway. To make air connectivity better in UP, we are setting up a new airport at Jewar in Gautam Budh Nagar district. The budget also set aside for developing an International airport at Ayodhya. Not only farmers but also farmers who work on sharing-basis can enjoy ‘Kisan Bima Yojna’ now. We have allotted budget to provide functional piped water to all households, and for modernization of UP Police for security of civilians.”
