General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) made an announcement on Monday that employees will now be able to process the visa within 24 hours of the application in Dubai, Khaleej Times reported.
Dubai visa is one of the more sought after documents for migrant workers and tourists across the world and in India too. Now, you can get Dubai work visa in just 24 hours! Now, at least those people working for these companies need not worry anymore. Dubai will provide the visa to people working in these companies in 24 hours.
General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) made an announcement on Monday that employees will now be able to process the visa within 24 hours of the application in Dubai, Khaleej Times reported. So, which companies are these? This order is applicable to the employees of companies operating in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) and National Industries Park (NIP) in Dubai.
Jafza and General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) signed an agreement after which the announcement was made. The agreement is going to benefit around 150,000 people who are working in over 7,500 countries.
Jafza is building relationships with GDFRA so that their employees can easily get work and residence visas. Jafza keeps improving their support so that employees could focus on their core activities.
Group chairman and CEO of DP World, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem said, “Our aim is to build on our relationship with the GDRFA. As home to tens of thousands of employees who need work and residence visas, Jafza constantly seeks to improve the support services required to help companies focus on their core business activities."

General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, on the other hand, aims to reinforce their partnership with Jafza to work on the development of comprehensive and sustainable solutions.
"We aim to reinforce our partnership with Jafza to achieve the strategic vision of Dubai and to keep pace with the development of comprehensive and sustainable solutions," Khaleej Times quoted Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, director-general, Major General, GDRFA as saying.
