7th Pay Commission job: Indian Railways is hiring for multiple posts; check last date to apply

7th Pay Commission job: The Indian Railways has issued a recruitment notification inviting applications for a number of posts across various divisions at indianrailways.gov.in. Interested candidates can visit the official website of Indian Railway and fill the online application form. The last date for submission of the application form is 15 October 2019. Interestingly, the candidates will get the Payscale according to 7th pay commission along with other allowance and benefits. The applicants who wish to apply for the given railway vacancies are suggested to apply in a prescribed format before the last date.

The candidates are suggested to read the official notification carefully before applying for these posts to make sure that they have all the requisite educational qualifications and experience.

Pay Scale:
Multi-Tasking Staff in Catering Unit (service side)- Candidates applying for the post will get the pay scale according to Level 1 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.

Multi-Tasking Staff in Catering Unit (cooking side)- Candidates applying for the post will get the payscale according to Level 1 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.

Post Details – Multi-Tasking Staff in Catering Unit
The Ministry of Railways, Railway Recruitment Cell, Northern Railway, Delhi has notified a total of 118 posts. 94 posts for multi-tasking staff, commercial department catering unit service side and 24 posts for multi-tasking staff, commercial department catering unit cooking side.

A tentative date for written examination: After October 31, 2019

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have passed class 10th with ITI in Food Beverages/Food & Beverages Guest Services under CTS for Catering Unit – Service Side post. For the Catering Unit – Cooking Side, candidates should have passed class 10th with ITI in Bakery and Confectionery/Baker and Confectioner/Food & Production under CTS.

Age limit:
Candidates applying for the post should be between the age limit of 18 to 33 years as on 01st Jan 2020.

Application Fees:
Candidates applying for the recruitment are needed to pay the application fees of Rs 500 through online mode.
