University of Delhi (DU) Recruitment: University of Delhi (DU) has invited applications for the post of Assistant Professor (Sri Venkateswara College). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for University of Delhi (DU) Recruitment 2019 in a prescribed format on or before 28 December 2019. Interestingly, the selected candidates will get the pay scale according to 7th CPC. In addition, to pay, the posts carry usual allowances are also offered to the selected candidates.

For Assistant Professor, the selected candidates will get salary under Level 10, Pay Scale Rs 57000/-

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the post need to have a good academic record as defined by the relevant university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master Degree level in a concerned subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Apart from that the candidates must also cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or a similar test accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
