ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2019: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Technician B, Draughtsman B, Driver and Others at its official website.
ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2019: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Technician B, Draughtsman B, Driver and Others at its official website- lpsc.gov.in till July 2, 2019. Interested candidates should first read the details related to recruitment, eligibility and other norms prior to applying for the said posts according to the prescribed format. Interested candidates need to be SSCLS/SSC pass with ITI Certificate to be a part of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Notably, opening date of online application commenced from June 18, and the last date to complete online submission of forms is 2nd July 2019. Candidates are advised to take a printout of the finally submitted online application for future reference.
ISRO LPSC vacancy details include Technician B – 21 Posts; Draughtsman B- 4 Posts; Heavy Vehicle Driver A – 4 Posts; Heavy Vehicle Driver A – 1 Post; and Catering Attendant A -11 Posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for Technician B, Draughtsman B, Driver and Other Posts should be SSCLS/SSC pass with ITI Certificate in relevant trade from NCVT.
According to the notification, Pay Scale for Technician B, Draughtsman B is Rs 21,700- Rs 69, 100 per month; Heavy Vehicle Driver A, Heavy Vehicle Driver A will receive the pay scale of Rs 19, 900- Rs. 63, 200, while Catering Attendant A will get the salary package of Rs 18,000 – Rs 56, 900 in a month.
Age Limit: Interested candidates should be of 35 years, and the age relaxation for reserved category would be applicable according to the government norms.
Notably, Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) is the lead Centre for development and realization of earth-to-orbit advanced propulsion stages for Launch Vehicles and also in-space propulsion systems for Spacecrafts. LPSC is vested with the responsibility of design, development and system engineering of high performance Space Propulsion Systems employing Earth Storable and Cryogenic Propellants for ISRO's Launch Vehicles and Satellites.
Development of fluid control valves, transducers, propellant management devices and other key components of Liquid Propulsion Systems are also under the purview of LPSC. The LPSC activities and facilities are spread across its two campuses including LPSC Headquarters and Design Offices at Valiamala/Thiruvananthapuram, and Spacecraft Propulsion Systems Unit at LPSC, Bangalore/Karnataka.
