2019 Exit Polls Results for Delhi: After high-decibel election campaign for Lok Sabha Elections 2019 came to rest on Friday, the voting process also ended on Sunday. The Election Commission of India has said that the polling process has concluded in 542 parliamentary constituencies across states and Union Territories. Soon after the EC's confirmation about the end of voting, various news channels have started coming out with their respective exit polls results for Lok Sabha Elections 2019. According to India TV-CNX Exit Poll 2019, all the 7 Lok Sabha seats of Delhi may be won by BJP. The exit polls results of most of the TV news channels are predicting that BJP+ may cross 300+ seats. Here are details of some of the exit polls:-

In Delhi, the seven seats have 164 candidates battling it out of which 18 are women. Prominent among them are former chief minister Sheila Dikshit from northeast Delhi, BJP's incumbent MP Meenakshi Lekhi, who is contesting from New Delhi, and Atishi. BJP's incumbent MP Manoj Tiwari is up against Dikshit for the Northeast Delhi seat. AAP's Dilip Pandey is also in the fray from the seat. Other prominent candidates in the race include Olympian boxer Vijender Singh, who is making his electoral debut from South Delhi, Union minister Harsh Vardhan from Chandni Chowk, and cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir.

Earlier in the day, incidents of violence in West Bengal and clashes in Punjab were reported during the seventh and last phase of Lok Sabha polls on Sunday, with over 61 per cent turnout being recorded in 59 seats. Over 8,000 candidates were in the fray for 542 Lok Sabha seats across the country in the Lok Sabha elections. The last phase, which decided the fate of 918 candidates including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, also saw EVM glitches and poll boycott at some booths.

An average of 66.88 per cent voters exercised their franchise in the last six phases and the whole elections were spread over 38 days. Counting of votes will be taken up on May 23.
