7th Pay Commission latest news: UPSC notifies vacancy for this 7th CPC Sarkari job; Tomorrow is the last date to apply

7th Pay Commission: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has notified job opportunities for Sarkari job seekers. The post notified by the UPSC is of Regional Home Economist at the Directorate of Extension. The total number of vacancies is one and the post is reserved for the Other Backward Caste (OBC) candidate. As per the UPSC notification, after successful completion of the recruitment process, the selected candidate will be appointed in the Level-10 with all perks under the 7th CPC. The last date to apply for the job notification is 12th March 2020, which means tomorrow.

7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix

The selected candidate will be appointed in the Level-10 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix. The pay scale applicable to the selected candidate will be Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. So, a selected candidate will get an initial monthly salary of Rs 56,100 plus allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), Housing Rent Allowance (HRA), etc. The job offered is permanent in nature and the direct recruit will have to serve a year probation period.

Age Limit

Interested and eligible candidates should not be exceeding 38 years of age as on closing date i.e. 12th March 2020. For Government Servants, up to 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government of India.

Educational Qualification

The applicant should possess a Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension or Sociology or Home Science Extension from a recognized Agricultural University.

Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) from a recognized University or Institute with Master of Business Administration from recognized University or Institute with three years experience in agricultural extension work in any Government Department or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or in any University or recognized Institution can also apply for the job notified by the UPSC.

Apart from this, two years' experience in conducting Agriculture or Home Science Extension Training Programmes is a desirable qualification required from the applicants.
