Cab drivers are often criticised for their rude behaviour towards passengers but what an Ola driver did in Patna, should set an example for others. Rajesh Kumar, an Ola driver-partner went out of his way and helped the family with an ailing elderly member to get her timely medical attention at 2 am.

The post says that Rajesh even helped the family keep calm, and assisted them in making sure that ailing Mrs Ashu was taken to the hospital, without delay. The driver was felicitated by Ola for his commitment.
“It was my duty to ensure that my ailing passenger reaches the hospital and receives timely treatment. While Ola’s recognition does feel special, for me it was all in a day’s work. I have never believed in canceling rides or causing any inconvenience to my customers. I also urge my fellow drivers to be sensitive to such critical situations, when they come across them.," he said.
