Motorola smart TV, E6s smartphone to be launched in India tomorrow: All you need to know

Motorola is expected to launch several devices in India on Monday i.e. September 16, including its first ever smart TV and E6s smartphone. Motorola smart TV is set to be launched at a time when another smartphone manufacturer OnePlus is also gearing up to enter the segment. The smart TV by Motoroal will run Android 9 Pie and will be sold via Flipkart. The TV is expected to come with motion-compensated frame interpolation (MEMC) support which compensates for motion blur and makes the content seem more fluid. It is also believed to offer a better screen refresh rate per second. 

The name and pricing of the Motorola smart TV will be unveiled at the launch event but it is also expected to come with a soundbar in the front. The 30W soundbar is said come with DTS TruSurround and Dolby Audio support. The new TV will compete against the products from Xiaomi, VU and even OnePlus. 

Apart from the TV, the company is also set to add a new smartphone to its Moto E series - Moto E6s. The smartphone has already been teased on Flipkart suggesting several features and specs of the device. The latest offering will be priced at less than Rs 8,000 putting it in direct competition with the recently launched Infinix Hot 8 and Realme 3i.

The Moto E6s will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It features a 6.1-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ view. The smartphone will offer a dual camera setup at the back with a 13-megapixel primary camera and 2-megapixel depth camera. There also appears to be a fingerprint sensor underneath the Motorola logo. On the front, you will get an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

It is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chip and should pack a 3000 mAh battery.
