Wow! Flipkart offers Rs 5500 off on Xiaomi Poco F1: Here is how to get it

Xiaomi Poco F1 has been a highly popular smartphone in India ever since it was launched last year. The device offers premium features for a relatively affordable price. And, if you have been thinking to get your hands on this device, this is probably the best time. E-commerce giant Flipkart is hosting the Poco Days sale on Flipkart between March 12 and March 16, during which Xiaomi Poco F1 will be available with up to Rs 5,500 limited period price discount. This means that the base variant of the smartphone which has been priced at Rs 21,999 can be purchased for as low as Rs 16,499. 

As part of the sale, Flipkart is offering flat Rs 2,000 discount on Xiaomi Poco F1 which brings the price down to Rs 19,999. Then, the customers can get an additional discount of Rs 2,000 in exchange for their old smartphone. If they opt for the other variant which comes with 8GB RAM and 64GB storage, they can get Rs 3000 off in exchange for the old smartphone. 

The website is also offering an additional discount of Rs 1,500 if the purchase is made using an ICICI bank card. This means that the effective price of 6GB RAM/64GB storage option of the Xiaomi Poco F1 would be Rs 16,499 while that of 6GB RAM/128GB storage and 8GB RAM/256GB storage versions would be Rs 19,499 and Rs 23,499, respectively.

Xiaomi Poco F1 features and specifications

The Poco F1 comes with a 6.18-inch Full HD+ (2246 × 1080 pixels) display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass, 84 per cent NTSC color gamut, 1500:1 contrast ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by the Qualcomm Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU. It runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI 9 on top but can be upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie and MIUI 10.

It has a 12-megapixel primary rear camera with f/1.9 aperture, 1.4μm pixel size, Sony IMX363 sensor, dual LED Flash, Dual Pixel autofocus and a secondary 5-megapixel camera with Samsung sensor. On the front, Poco F1 comes with a 20-megapixel camera with ƒ/2.0 aperture.

It is powered by a 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support.
