Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is set announce Union Budget for 2017-18 today. Soon after the presentation of budget in Parliament, Jaitley will interact with twitterati.

Jaitley will be presenting the Budget at 11 am. 

In a small clip, on Tuesday, Jaitley said that he will be "happy" to answer questions related to the Budget from the public.
